Office cleaning is the largest segment of our commercial calendar. Murfreesboro’s office market, small to mid-sized professional offices clustered along Mercury Boulevard, Old Fort Parkway, the Veterans Parkway corridor, and the medical and legal blocks closer to the Square, runs on after-hours nightly and weekly cleaning, and that’s the rhythm we’re built for. Most of our office work happens between 6 PM and 5 AM so the crew is in and out before the workday starts and there’s no disruption to client meetings, phone calls, or staff productivity.
Standard nightly office scope:
- Trash and recycling emptied from every office, conference room, kitchen, and break area. Liners replaced.
- Vacuum carpeted areas and dust-mop hard floors. Mop where appropriate (kitchens and break rooms always; high-traffic lobbies on a rotation).
- Dust horizontal surfaces in offices, conference rooms, and reception. Tops of monitors, file cabinets, and printers wiped.
- Sanitize high-touch points. Door handles, light switches, copier and printer surfaces, water coolers, microwave handles, fridge handles, conference-room phones.
- Restroom full reset. Toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, partition walls, paper restock, soap restock, trash. Standard janitorial-grade restroom protocol.
- Kitchen and break-room counter wipe-down plus appliance exteriors. Inside microwave and fridge runs on a monthly rotation.
- Lobby glass including front entry, reception desk, and any glass conference-room walls.
Rotation work, baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, blinds, deeper tile work in restrooms, glass partition cleaning, runs on a monthly or quarterly cycle layered on top of the standard visit. The rotation calendar is set at the initial walkthrough and built into the contract.
Schedule structure: nightly Monday through Friday is standard for most professional offices. Every-other-night, three-times-weekly, and once-weekly schedules are also common depending on office size and traffic. Saturday and Sunday cleaning is rare on most accounts and only added when the office runs weekend operations.
Insurance and access. We carry commercial general liability ($1M/$2M standard, with higher limits available), workers’ comp, and bonded crews on accounts that require fidelity coverage. COI naming the property and property manager additionally insured is issued same-day.
Pricing on a recurring nightly contract on a 3,000-square-foot office runs roughly $1,800 to $2,500 per month. Smaller offices and weekly visit schedules run lower.
