Walterhill sits northeast of Murfreesboro along the Lebanon Pike and Stones River corridor, about 7 to 10 miles from our dispatch base. The community is a mix of riverside properties along the Stones River, established mid-century neighborhoods on the older side of the community, and newer subdivisions developed over the last 20 years on land that came out of agricultural use. The Walterhill area also includes some of the more desirable waterfront and water-adjacent residential properties in Rutherford County, and those homes drive a meaningful share of our higher-end recurring work in the area.
The recurring residential calendar in Walterhill skews toward biweekly and weekly plans on larger homes. Riverside properties along the Stones River corridor tend to be owner-occupied custom builds or heavily renovated older homes, finishes are higher-end, square footage is above the Rutherford County median, and homeowners typically want consistent crews who can handle natural-stone counters, oiled hardwoods, and the specific finish work those homes contain. Recurring biweekly with rotation work is the dominant plan; weekly comes up on the largest properties.
The newer Walterhill subdivisions, the cul-de-sac developments along Lebanon Pike and the Browns Mill Road area, bring steady recurring residential work for working households. These accounts are similar to what we run in the comparable Smyrna and Blackman new-build neighborhoods.
Post-construction and post-renovation work runs steadily in Walterhill. Renovation projects on older Stones River-corridor homes are common, and final-finish punch-out cleans after a remodel are a regular part of our calendar there. Move-in cleans for buyers closing on Walterhill properties, especially the riverside homes, are also a consistent line.
Commercial work in Walterhill is light. Most accounts are based in Murfreesboro proper and serve Walterhill residents. Call (629) 249-7130 for a Walterhill quote.
