Weekly cleaning is the highest-touch recurring plan we run. The home is reset every seven days, the crew never has to play catch-up, and the visit length stays predictable because the previous week’s clean is still close to the surface. Weekly bookings make the most sense in larger homes, homes with multiple pets, busy two-parent households, and homes hosting steady rotations of family or visitors. We see weekly plans concentrated in the Three Rivers, Salem Pike, and Blackman new-build corridors where homes are 3,500 square feet or larger and the daily traffic is high enough that a biweekly cadence falls behind.
The standard weekly visit covers full kitchen and bathroom cleans (counters, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, tubs, showers, toilets), vacuum and mop of all floors, dust of horizontal surfaces, and a wipe-down of high-touch points (door handles, light switches, fridge handles, faucets). Trash and recycling reset where the homeowner specifies. A rotation of detail work — baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, window interiors, blinds — runs across the visits so each item gets attention every three to five weeks without slowing down the standard pass.
Same crew on every visit is built into the plan. Your assigned one- or two-person team is the team that shows up — they learn your home, your products, your pet protocols, and your access setup over the first month and stay consistent from there. Substitutions only happen for vacation, illness, or staffing turnover, and we tell you ahead of any swap.
Weekly plans run on a fixed standing day and time window. Most clients pick a weekday so the home is fresh for the weekend. We accept card on file for billing and itemize each visit so the receipt matches the work. Cancellation or pause is two weeks’ notice, no questions asked — we don’t lock anyone into long-term residential contracts.
Pricing varies by home size and condition. A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Murfreesboro home runs roughly $145 to $200 per weekly visit after the initial deep clean; a 4,500-square-foot Three Rivers or Blackman home runs $275 to $385 per visit.
