Same crew every Tuesday for almost a year now. They know the dogs, they know our schedule, they know which kid has gymnastics on what night. Honestly worth every penny. The fact that we don’t have to lock up the dogs is huge.

Pre-listing deep clean off Mercury Blvd. They were here close to 6 hours. Cleaned inside the oven, behind the fridge, the works. Realtor said it photographed great. Went under contract in 4 days. $385 well spent.

We’ve used three different services since we moved to Three Rivers in 2022. This is the first one I’ve kept. Biweekly, same two ladies almost every visit. They text the day before to confirm. Use the unscented stuff because my husband’s allergies are no joke. First deep clean was rough on the budget but the biweekly visits are totally manageable.

Move-out clean in Smyrna. Got our deposit back from the property management company so they clearly did the job. Reason it’s 4 stars and not 5: the final price was higher than the original quote because of pet stains in the carpet. They walked me through why before they billed it so it wasn’t a bait and switch, but be specific about what’s in the house when you’re getting quoted.

Two professors, two kids, one dog, both of us travel for conferences. Weekly cleaning is the only reason this house is functional. Crew has had keys for almost a year. Never had a single issue. Worth it.

Quality of the cleaning is great, no notes. Same crew most weeks. Reason it’s 4 stars: the early-morning slot can shift 30-45 min some weeks. They always communicate ahead but if you work from home and have meetings the variability is something to plan around. Once that’s factored in, no other complaints.

Most services won’t even drive out this far without charging extra. These folks just show up. Two big dogs and a cat. The pet-safe products thing is real, the dogs aren’t bothered when they leave like with the last service we tried. Been with them about 6 months on a biweekly schedule.

Hired for the post-construction clean on our new build. Our GC’s “final clean” was nowhere near move-in ready. Drywall dust on every surface, sticker residue on every appliance, paint on the floors. This crew put in a full day. Took the appliance stickers off without scratching the stainless. Cleaned inside every cabinet. Closing went smooth.

Move-out in La Vergne. Property manager said it was the cleanest turnover they’d seen in months. Got our full deposit back. Showed up on time, brought their own everything, didn’t bother me with questions while I was packing the truck.

Ok so I was skeptical because I’d had bad experiences with cleaning services in the past (one of them broke a vase and just denied it). These guys are different. Photographed every room before they started. Documented the chip on our coffee table that was already there. Sent a follow-up text. Hired them for a one-time deep clean before the in-laws came down for Easter and the house looked better than when we moved in.

We run a small dental practice off the Square. Switched after our patients started commenting on the chemical smell from the previous cleaners. These folks moved us to hospital-grade disinfectants without the harsh smell. COI was no problem. After-hours visits, never had to chase them on a missed clean.

Wife found them on a recommendation from a neighbor. Weekly since November. Same crew lead almost every visit, we know her by name. Holiday week got moved to Wednesday with no fuss. Used to use a different service that talked a big game about eco-friendly products but my retriever still got sick after they left. None of that with this one.
